I’m the new blogger of Eki Orleans. I love fashion, beauty, travelling, arts and can’t wait to write about these things. I live in Helsinki, Finland and love Eki Orleans products. I feel that they are lively like me :).
I hope everyone has been enjoying the summer. I definitely have! I spent my holidays in Paris and Montpellier. Here are my top picks for things-to-do in France.
My TOP FIVE moments:
1. GO SEE BEYONCE!
If you have the opportunity to see Queen B, use it! Definitely part of the BeyHive-movement now 🙂
2. VISIT SACRÉ-COEUR AND VERSAILLES IN PARIS
Sacré-Coeur is an old French church that has an amazing view over Paris. The church is located in Montmarte. Combining long skirt to a body or top is a very comfy and chic choice for holidays.
Walk to Versailles is wonderful. I enjoyed Versailles more than Louvre. The building is simply breathtaking. A picture of me and my sister in Versailles during fall.
3. VISIT SOUTH OF FRANCE
Montpellier is a very sympathetic city in south of France. The city has beautiful historical places to visit, parks, places to eat and good shopping possibilities. The city is also very close to other cities like Marseille. The city is very clean and has free public toilets! 😀 The tram is also wonderfully colorful.
A lovely city with a vivid atmosphere. Take a walk along the shore. When you feel tired sit down for a delicious pizza in a restaurant, popular among the locals “La Pizza Cresci”.
4. COMBINE NATURE WITH ACTIVITIES
Day-trip to Gorges du Verdon was one of the highlights of my holiday. The nature is breathtaking there. It is referred as the Grand Canyon of Europe. Reserve a whole day for the trip as driving to the mountain will take time. We did Aqua-rando, swimming in the river. Though, this is not for the weak-nerveds as the rocks will hit you! My bum still hurts….

5. STAY HYDRATED!
Loved this product of Evian. Spray the mineral water on your face and body and you feel shower-fresh. Remember to drink water regularly. Tap water is bad in France, so keep a bottle with you.
How did you spend your holidays? What were your favorite outfits?
